Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Pumpkin peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup Grated Coconut
  • 2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 handful Curry Leaves

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pumpkin with turmeric powder and salt until soft.
  2. 2. Grind coconut, cumin seeds, and garlic into a paste.
  3. 3. Add the paste to the cooked pumpkin and simmer for a few minutes.
  4. 4. Heat coconut oil, add mustard seeds, and let them splutter. Add curry leaves.
  5. 5. Pour the tempering over the pumpkin mixture and mix well.
