Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Baby Potatoes boiled and peeled
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 cup Yogurt whisked
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the boiled baby potatoes until golden brown. Set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute. Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
  4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add whisked yogurt and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
  6. Add the fried potatoes and garam masala. Mix well and cook for another 10 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
