Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon Ragi flour
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 cup Milk optional
  • 2 tablespoon Jaggery or as per taste
  • 1 pinch Cardamom powder

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, mix ragi flour with water until smooth.
  2. 2. Place the saucepan on medium heat and cook, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  3. 3. Once the mixture thickens, add milk (if using) and jaggery. Stir well.
  4. 4. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the jaggery dissolves completely.
  5. 5. Add cardamom powder and mix well. Serve hot.
