Ingredients

  • 2 cups Ragi Flour (Finger Millet Flour)
  • 1 cup Water as needed to form dough
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Oil for kneading

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, mix ragi flour and salt.
  2. Gradually add water and knead to form a soft dough. Add oil and knead again.
  3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a ball.
  4. Using a rolling pin, flatten each ball into a thin roti.
  5. Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat. Cook each roti until brown spots appear on both sides.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite curry or side dish.
