Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Semolina (Rava)
  • ½ cup Rice flour
  • ¼ cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 cups Water as needed
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Oil for cooking

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine semolina, rice flour, and all-purpose flour.
  2. Add yogurt, cumin seeds, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add water to make a thin batter. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan and drizzle some oil.
  5. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Cook until the edges start to lift and the dosa turns golden brown. Flip and cook the other side.
  7. Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
