  • 4 Raw bananas peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  2. Add chopped raw bananas and sauté for a few minutes.
  3. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Pour in the coconut milk and let it simmer until the bananas are cooked through.
  5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
