Kofta Ingredients
- 4 pieces Raw Bananas boiled and mashed
- 1 cup Gram Flour
- 1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- to taste Salt
- for frying Oil
1. Boil and mash the raw bananas.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, gram flour, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
3. Mix well to form a dough-like consistency.
4. Shape the mixture into small balls (koftas).
5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
6. Fry the koftas until golden brown and crispy.
7. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
