Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup Onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  3. Add chopped onions, ginger, and garlic. Sauté until onions are golden brown.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft and the oil separates.
  5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve warm or at room temperature.
