Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Ridge Gourd peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  2. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add chopped ridge gourd and mix well.
  5. Cover and cook on low heat until the ridge gourd is tender.
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
