A delicious and nutritious Indian dish made with spinach and mustard greens.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach, chopped
- 1 cup mustard greens, chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 2 tablespoon ghee or oil
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
Heat ghee/oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until golden brown.
Add tomatoes and green chilies. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
Add chopped spinach and mustard greens. Mix well.
Add turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Stir to combine.
Add water as needed. Cover and cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
Blend the mixture to a coarse paste using a hand blender.
Cook for another 5 minutes. Serve hot with roti or rice.
