Ingredients 

Filling

  • 2 cups Potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 1 cup Green Peas boiled
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil

Pie Crust

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ cup Butter cold and cubed
  • ¼ cup Cold Water as needed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and butter. Add cold water gradually to form a dough. Chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste. Sauté for a minute.
  4. Add mashed potatoes, green peas, and spices. Cook for 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  5. Roll out the dough and line a pie dish. Add the filling and cover with another layer of dough. Seal the edges.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool slightly before serving.
