Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and butter. Add cold water gradually to form a dough. Chill for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste. Sauté for a minute.
Add mashed potatoes, green peas, and spices. Cook for 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Roll out the dough and line a pie dish. Add the filling and cover with another layer of dough. Seal the edges.
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool slightly before serving.
