Indian Sem Ki Phali Recipe

- 500 g Sem ki phali (broad beans)
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 cup Water
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add the sem ki phali (broad beans) and sauté for a few minutes.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add water, cover the pan, and let it cook for about 15-20 minutes or until the beans are tender.
Serve hot with roti or rice.
