Indian Sevai Kheer Recipe
A delicious and creamy Indian dessert made with vermicelli, milk, and sugar, flavored with cardamom and garnished with nuts.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Vermicelli (Sevai)
- 4 cups Milk
- ½ cup Sugar
- ¼ teaspoon Cardamom powder
- 2 tablespoons Ghee
- ¼ cup Mixed nuts (cashews, almonds, raisins) chopped
Heat ghee in a saucepan and roast the vermicelli until golden brown.
Add milk to the saucepan and bring it to a boil.
Reduce the heat and let it simmer until the vermicelli is cooked.
Add sugar and cardamom powder, and mix well.
Cook for a few more minutes until the kheer thickens to your desired consistency.
Garnish with chopped nuts and serve warm or chilled.
