Main Ingredients
- 1 large Cauliflower cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons Ghee
- 1 cup Onion finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 cup Tomato Puree
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- to taste Salt
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped, for garnish
Heat ghee in a large pan over medium heat.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another 2 minutes.
Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
Add cauliflower florets and mix to coat them with the spices.
Add heavy cream and salt. Stir well and cook covered for 15-20 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
