  • ½ cup Water
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • as needed Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, melted ghee, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Add water gradually and knead into a firm dough.
  3. Roll out the dough into a thick sheet and cut into diamond shapes.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer and fry the pieces until golden brown.
  5. Drain on paper towels and let them cool before serving.
