- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- ½ cup Sugar
- ¼ cup Ghee melted
- ½ cup Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- as needed Oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, melted ghee, and a pinch of salt.
Add water gradually and knead into a firm dough.
Roll out the dough into a thick sheet and cut into diamond shapes.
Heat oil in a deep fryer and fry the pieces until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels and let them cool before serving.
