Ingredients

  • 1 liter Milk
  • 100 grams Vermicelli broken into small pieces
  • 10 pieces Dates chopped
  • 50 grams Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Ghee
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
  • 50 grams Mixed Nuts chopped (almonds, pistachios, cashews)

Instructions 

  1. Heat ghee in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add vermicelli and roast until golden brown.
  3. Pour in the milk and bring to a boil.
  4. Add chopped dates, sugar, and cardamom powder. Stir well.
  5. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the vermicelli is cooked and the mixture thickens.
  6. Garnish with chopped nuts and serve warm.
