Indian Sheer Khurma

Main Ingredients
- 1 liter Milk
- 100 grams Vermicelli broken into small pieces
- 10 pieces Dates chopped
- 50 grams Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Ghee
- 1 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
- 50 grams Mixed Nuts chopped (almonds, pistachios, cashews)
Heat ghee in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add vermicelli and roast until golden brown.
Pour in the milk and bring to a boil.
Add chopped dates, sugar, and cardamom powder. Stir well.
Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the vermicelli is cooked and the mixture thickens.
Garnish with chopped nuts and serve warm.
