Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables (carrot, beans, peas, potato) chopped
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell goes away.
  3. Add chopped mixed vegetables and sauté for a few minutes.
  4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add water and cook until the vegetables are tender.
  6. Add coconut milk and garam masala. Simmer for a few minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
