Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Fish (like tilapia or cod)
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, turmeric, cumin, coriander, garam masala, salt, red chili powder, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the fish fillets.
  4. Place the fillets in a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve hot with lemon wedges and your favorite side dish.
