- 2 cups Cooked Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper optional, for extra heat
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the chickpeas, olive oil, ground cumin, ground coriander, garam masala, turmeric powder, salt, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix well to coat the chickpeas evenly.
Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the chickpeas are golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
