Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sprouted Moong Beans
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  3. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Sauté for a few seconds.
  4. Add sprouted moong beans and salt. Mix well.
  5. Cover and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
