Indian Sprouted Moong Sabzi Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Sprouted Moong Beans
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves chopped
Heat oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Sauté for a few seconds.
Add sprouted moong beans and salt. Mix well.
Cover and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
