Indian Sprouted Moong Salad Recipe

- 2 cups Sprouted Moong Beans
- 1 cup Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 cup Chopped Cucumbers
- 1 cup Chopped Onions
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sprouted moong beans, chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions.
2. Add lemon juice, chaat masala, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
3. Mix everything well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes before serving.
