Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, minced
  • 1 cup Tomato, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  3. Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until golden brown.
  4. Add turmeric, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.
  6. Add shrimp and salt. Stir-fry until shrimp is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
