Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until golden brown.
Add turmeric, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook for 1 minute.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.
Add shrimp and salt. Stir-fry until shrimp is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
