Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 Tomatoes medium-sized
  • 1 cup Paneer crumbled
  • 1 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 cup Coriander Leaves chopped

Instructions 

  1. Cut the tops off the tomatoes and scoop out the insides. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  3. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  4. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Add crumbled paneer and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add garam masala and mix well.
  7. Stuff the tomatoes with the paneer mixture.
  8. Place the stuffed tomatoes in the pan, cover, and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
  9. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
