Indian Style Chettinad Chicken Recipe
A spicy and flavorful South Indian chicken dish.

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 cup Onions finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 teaspoon Chettinad Masala homemade or store-bought
- 1 cup Tomatoes pureed
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves chopped, for garnish
Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
Add chicken pieces and cook until they turn white.
Add Chettinad masala and mix well.
Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
Add salt and water. Cover and cook until chicken is done.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
