  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  3. Add chopped okra and sauté for 5 minutes.
  4. Add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Cook for another 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until okra is tender.
