Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Urad Dal soaked for 2 hours
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves chopped
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
3. Add soaked urad dal and sauté for a few minutes.
4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
5. Cook on low heat until the dal is tender and water is absorbed.
6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
