Ingredients

  • 1 cup Jaggery grated
  • 1 cup Coconut grated
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix rice flour, grated jaggery, grated coconut, and cardamom powder in a bowl.
  2. 2. Add water gradually to form a batter of medium consistency.
  3. 3. Grease the idli plates and pour the batter into them.
  4. 4. Steam the idlis for about 15-20 minutes or until cooked.
  5. 5. Serve warm as a dessert or a sweet snack.
