- 1 cup Rice flour
- 1 cup Jaggery grated
- 1 cup Coconut grated
- 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder
- 1 cup Water
1. Mix rice flour, grated jaggery, grated coconut, and cardamom powder in a bowl.
2. Add water gradually to form a batter of medium consistency.
3. Grease the idli plates and pour the batter into them.
4. Steam the idlis for about 15-20 minutes or until cooked.
5. Serve warm as a dessert or a sweet snack.
