Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sweet potatoes, boiled and diced
  • 1 cup Puffed rice
  • 1 cup Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped onions
  • 1 cup Chopped cucumbers
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil and dice the sweet potatoes.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, mix the sweet potatoes, puffed rice, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, and cilantro.
  3. 3. Add chaat masala, lemon juice, and salt to taste. Mix well.
  4. 4. Serve immediately.
