Indian Sweet Potato Bhel

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Sweet potatoes, boiled and diced
- 1 cup Puffed rice
- 1 cup Chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup Chopped onions
- 1 cup Chopped cucumbers
- 2 tablespoon Chopped cilantro
- 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- to taste Salt
1. Boil and dice the sweet potatoes.
2. In a large bowl, mix the sweet potatoes, puffed rice, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, and cilantro.
3. Add chaat masala, lemon juice, and salt to taste. Mix well.
4. Serve immediately.
