Fry Bread
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Active dry yeast
- 1 cup Warm water
- 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying
Taco Toppings
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 packet Taco seasoning
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce
- 1 cup Diced tomatoes
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 0.5 cup Sour cream
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
Add warm water and mix until dough forms.
Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Divide dough into small balls, flatten, and fry until golden brown.
Cook ground beef with taco seasoning according to packet instructions.
Top fry bread with ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream.
