Main Ingredients
- 500 g Broccoli cut into florets
- 1 cup Yogurt plain
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoon Oil
Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well.
Add broccoli florets to the marinade and coat them evenly. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Place the marinated broccoli on a baking tray. Drizzle with oil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the broccoli is tender and slightly charred.
Serve hot as a side dish or appetizer.
