Ingredients

  • 1 large Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Gram Flour (Besan)
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • for garnish Fresh Coriander Leaves

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, mix yogurt, gram flour, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, and salt.
  2. Add cauliflower florets to the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
  4. Place marinated cauliflower on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. Drizzle oil over the cauliflower.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
