Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour and salt.
2. Add oil and mix well.
3. Gradually add water and knead to form a soft dough.
4. Cover the dough and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
5. Preheat the tandoor or oven to high heat.
6. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.
7. Roll out each ball into a flat, round shape using a rolling pin.
8. Place the rolled-out dough onto the preheated tandoor or oven.
9. Cook until the roti puffs up and gets golden brown spots, flipping once.
10. Remove from heat and serve hot.
