  • 2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour and salt.
  2. 2. Add oil and mix well.
  3. 3. Gradually add water and knead to form a soft dough.
  4. 4. Cover the dough and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
  5. 5. Preheat the tandoor or oven to high heat.
  6. 6. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.
  7. 7. Roll out each ball into a flat, round shape using a rolling pin.
  8. 8. Place the rolled-out dough onto the preheated tandoor or oven.
  9. 9. Cook until the roti puffs up and gets golden brown spots, flipping once.
  10. 10. Remove from heat and serve hot.
