Ingredients

  • 2 cups Whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup Jaggery grated
  • ½ cup Ghee melted
  • ¼ cup Grated coconut
  • 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds
  • ½ cup Water as needed

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, grated jaggery, melted ghee, grated coconut, and fennel seeds.
  2. Gradually add water and knead into a firm dough.
  3. Divide the dough into small portions and roll them out using a rolling pin.
  4. Heat ghee in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the rolled dough until golden brown.
  5. Remove and drain on paper towels. Let them cool before serving.
