Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 large Onion finely chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
  • 400 g Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • ½ cup Cilantro chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, cook for another minute.
  4. Add chicken pieces and cook until they turn white.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, cumin, coriander, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
  6. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Sprinkle garam masala and stir well.
  8. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
