Indian Tomato Saar Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups Water
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Ghee or oil
- 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander, chopped
1. Heat ghee or oil in a saucepan.
2. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.
4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
5. Add water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes.
6. Blend the mixture until smooth.
7. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
