Indian Turai Ki Sabzi
A simple and delicious Indian dish made with ridge gourd (Turai).

Main Ingredients
- 500 grams Turai (Ridge Gourd) peeled and chopped
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 medium Onion finely chopped
- 2 medium Tomatoes finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- to taste Salt
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add chopped turai (ridge gourd) and mix well.
Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the turai is tender.
Serve hot with roti or rice.
