Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, onion, garlic, ginger, garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, pepper, and cilantro. Mix well.
Form the mixture into 4 patties.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush the grill with oil.
Grill the patties for about 5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
Serve hot with your favorite toppings and buns.
