Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 small Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 handful Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Oil for grilling

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, onion, garlic, ginger, garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, pepper, and cilantro. Mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush the grill with oil.
  4. Grill the patties for about 5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite toppings and buns.
