Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Potatoes, diced
- 1 cup Sweet Potatoes, diced
- 1 cup Eggplant, diced
- 1 cup Green Beans, chopped
- 1 cup Green Peas
- 1 cup Fenugreek Leaves
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
- to taste Salt
1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
2. Add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder. Sauté for a minute.
3. Add all the vegetables and mix well.
4. Add salt to taste and mix again.
5. Add a little water, cover the pressure cooker, and cook for 3-4 whistles.
6. Once the pressure releases, open the cooker and gently mix the vegetables.
7. Serve hot with puris or rotis.
