Indian Veg Diwani Handi Recipe
A delicious and rich Indian vegetable curry cooked in a handi (traditional cooking pot).

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Mixed vegetables (carrot, beans, peas, cauliflower) chopped
- 1 cup Paneer cubed
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 cup Onions finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
- 2 cups Tomatoes pureed
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1 cup Fresh cream
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Coriander leaves chopped
Heat oil in a handi or deep pan.
Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for another minute.
Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until oil separates.
Add mixed vegetables and cook until they are tender.
Add paneer cubes and garam masala. Mix well.
Stir in fresh cream and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
