Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables (carrots, beans, peas) chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  2. Once the seeds crackle, add the chopped vegetables and sauté for a few minutes.
  3. Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates.
  4. Add garam masala and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
