Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables (carrots, peas, beans, potatoes) chopped
  • 1 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • ½ cup Fresh Cream
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Kasuri Methi (dried fenugreek leaves)

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
  4. 4. Add mixed vegetables, salt, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
  5. 5. Add fresh cream and kasuri methi. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot with naan or rice.
