Instructions
Heat oil on a tawa (griddle).
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
Add chopped mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
