Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Chopped Mixed Vegetables (carrot, beans, peas, capsicum)
  • 1 cup Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped Onions
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Coriander Leaves

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil on a tawa (griddle).
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.
  5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Add chopped mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
  7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
