Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 large Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger grated
  • 2 medium Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables carrots, peas, potatoes, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
  3. Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions are golden brown.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  5. Add turmeric, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Add mixed vegetables and stir to coat them with the spices.
  7. Cover and cook on low heat until vegetables are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle garam masala and mix well.
  9. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
