Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mixed Vegetables (carrots, peas, beans, potatoes)
  • 1 cup Onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Cream
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a handi. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another 2 minutes.
  3. Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and cook for 10-15 minutes until they are tender.
  5. Add garam masala and fresh cream. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
