Instructions
Heat oil in a handi. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another 2 minutes.
Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates.
Add mixed vegetables and cook for 10-15 minutes until they are tender.
Add garam masala and fresh cream. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
