Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 1 Bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables (carrot, peas, beans)
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  3. Add bell pepper and mixed vegetables. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
  5. Add garam masala and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
