Instructions
Heat oil in a pan. Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
Add bell pepper and mixed vegetables. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
Add garam masala and cook for another 2 minutes.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
