Indian Vegetarian Curried Cauliflower

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 cup Tomato Puree
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro chopped, for garnish
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
Add the cauliflower florets and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the turmeric powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Stir well to coat the cauliflower.
Pour in the tomato puree and coconut milk. Stir to combine.
Season with salt to taste. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender.
Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro before serving.
