Main Ingredients
- 4 medium Potatoes boiled and peeled
- 2 tablespoon Ghee
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Rock salt or to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon Coriander leaves chopped
Heat ghee in a pan.
Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add boiled and peeled potatoes, cut into cubes.
Add rock salt and black pepper powder. Mix well.
Cook for 5-7 minutes until potatoes are slightly crispy.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
