Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 medium Potatoes boiled and peeled
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Rock salt or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander leaves chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat ghee in a pan.
  2. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  3. Add boiled and peeled potatoes, cut into cubes.
  4. Add rock salt and black pepper powder. Mix well.
  5. Cook for 5-7 minutes until potatoes are slightly crispy.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
