- 1 cup Wheat flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Ghee
- 2 cups Water
- 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder
- 2 tablespoon Chopped nuts (optional)
1. Heat the ghee in a pan on medium heat.
2. Add the wheat flour and roast until it turns golden brown and releases a nutty aroma.
3. Add water slowly while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
4. Add sugar and cardamom powder, and continue to stir until the mixture thickens.
5. Garnish with chopped nuts if using, and serve hot.
