Ingredients

  • 500 g Yam peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  3. Add sliced yam, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the yam is crispy and cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
