Ingredients

  • 2 medium Zucchini sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  3. Add sliced zucchini and sauté for 5 minutes.
  4. Add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped cilantro. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with roti or rice.
